- Return & Exchange possible if product is faulty or damaged.
- Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. any registered courier or registered post on his own expense to our address. This delivery expense will be NOT be refunded back and the customer will have to bear the cost.
- Delivery Charges paid by the customer when the order was first placed, will also NOT be refunded.
- Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.
- All returns should be sent to our address provided at the shipment Label.
